In March, Ottumwa Leadership Academy visited the State Capitol. The participants had the opportunity to meet personally with several state leaders including Lt. Governor Kim Reynolds, Representative Mary Gaskill, Senator Mark Chelgren, Senate Majority Leader Mike Gronstal, Attorney General Tom Miller, Secretary of State Paul Pate, State Treasurer Michael Fitzgerald, as well as a single-account lobbyist and a multi-accounty lobbyist.
