Leadership NOW Annual Regional Conference began in 2013 with the goal to increase the number of people in our region who are actively engaged in promoting and practicing positive leadership qualities. The conference is open to anyone who has an interest in leadership. Ottumwa Leadership Academy is excited to bring this day of learning and leadership development to southeast Iowa.
