Kari Carter-Adamson (2018) has been named Supply Chain Manager at Musco Lighting!
In her new role, Kari will be helping build the company’s supply chain strategy for their manufacturing facilities in China, Korea, and Iowa. “This is a brand-new position for Musco, so it will be very exciting to build a strategy from the ground up while using input from a cross-functional team,” states Kari. “I am most looking forward to learning Musco’s business and using my skills to help them stay a leader in their industry while finding opportunities to help bridge some gaps.”
When asked about her experience with the Leadership Academy, Kari shared, “O.L.A gave me the encouragement to take a leap and reach out to try something new that has been an interest for me for years. We were encouraged to lean on our network, and that is exactly what I did!
“I learned many things while being in O.L.A., but one of the biggest is the importance of relationship building. I will need this skill to build relationships while entering into a new company and growing in my new role.”
