Zenna Boyd, HR Director for JBS, creates and implements HR strategies, and ensures compliance with all applicable laws and policies in regards to employment, labor relations and training of employees for her organization. Zenna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Purdue Global and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
Boyd joined the Ottumwa Leadership Academy to gain a better understanding of how both she and JBS can positively impact the community. Her time in the Academy so far has been beneficial for her, and the employees she works with. “The Ottumwa Leadership Academy has helped me make great connections and network with other professionals. It has also helped me identify better ways I can serve my employees at JBS,” she said.
